OBS Black Screen - FIX - 2020 AMD/NVIDIA Graphics | Unlimited Solutions

OBS Black Screen Issue.
OBS by default runs on Installed graphics(AMD/NVIDIA). Needs to change to Intel in order to fix this issue...
Power Saving option, switch from Installed Graphics(AMD/NVIDIA) to Intel Graphics.
