Nikolay Oskolkov - Applications of Computer Vision for Studying Cell Morphology

In this presentation, I am going to discuss a few Computer Vision methods that we applied working with large microscopy imaging data of biological cells. I will concentrate on detection and instance segmentation of cells with particular properties, as well as feature extraction and unsupervised clustering of cell images. I will also discuss challenges and opportunities of Computer Vision techniques which we encountered.
