ОтветитьThey pick and choose what they want to make realistic and its soooooo annoying... Toes get real spin now but the bfist doesn't get more amo like scout Bradly's have. They give the new bmp's loads of amo but the bfist that got nurfed with no toes you dont even get more 25mill unlike all the bmps and china vics. America makes weapons not to be fair lol its war. Having an emplaced jav id loose my mind that's not how those weapon systems work this isnt cod this is a mill sim all this balancing is getting over hand. They always Pic and choose realism aka keep all American vics nurfed and then spit on all infantrymen who ever served and say yeah this is how you'd act like they know..... Never once kept my eyes closed for 30min after being shot at. Alot of their decisions have made so many OG squad players leave. If they tighten up how infantry work ill be happy. Oh does the PMC faction get better gun handling? Considering what it takes to be one? Its a game let us control our weapons like men and have fun. The ICO ok idea but still on the far spectrum, game forcing your character to react is never to way to make a game feel good and natural. Leave the fear to the player Hell let loose does this just fine or even tarkov. I dont need to go blind when people shoot at me. IDC if its a year old its been a year since the ICO all my friend and I haven't been able to fully enjoy the game, that we had thousands of hours on before the ICO.

ОтветитьI feel like only giving thermals to commander sights with no guns is a cheap and bad way to fix a problem. Armour can be balanced imo with the implementation of more realistic vics. Crews being protected from rounds that penetrate and should realistically kill them is one thing to fix. If getting hit is more punishing and armour is scared of infantry, things like thermals, APS, FCS etc will be balanced. Instead of HP bases systems, make it so crew kills are also a way to disable a tank. The APS thermals and FCS should be balanced so that they protect the tank and crew as long as they arent being flanked which they can achieve with infantry presence in the area. And with the addition of attack helis and Javelins etc, armour that chooses to sit at the edge of the map all alone or out in the open, is vulnerable.

Some recommendations:
1. Try uploading in 4K/60FPS if possible
2. Try inserting snippets of what your referring to. For instance; the BFIST Bradley. You mentioned the optics system next to the turret, it would have been really nice to see a cut panning around the optic box on the vehicle on Jansen’s Range or something like that. Or (even easier) just insert a screenshot of the system and insert it into the segment with the gameplay going in the background.
I’m not a video editor or anything so my suggestions may be shit, just things I think would bring you videos up another level!

ОтветитьGive thermals to vehicles accurately, remove the HP system for vehicles, enable penetration on vehicles to kill crew just like in warthunder, and I think that would make it balanced. Give AA trucks and AA technicals better optics, just like what some Insurgents are using in Syria, which will at least enable them to engage from long range, INCREASED OPTIMIZATION FOR BETTER GAME PERFORMANCE, and lastly destructible buildings just like in Battlefield 1.

ОтветитьCommand specific strikes to their unit might make other units more viable. For instance if a US army unit had a HIMARS strike instead of artillery barrage that came in with no warning like IMF mortar.

ОтветитьOut of everything I want them to touch, even more than optimizing the game, is the commander role. I’ve played commander for more hours than I want to admit and I always felt that it needs an overhaul. The current abilities are nice but some other small abilities would make the role more diverse. Airdrops of ammo and build could be neat. Smaller UAV drones, since information is key in this game for your lead roles. I do like the ability to request certain vehicles that is pretty neat. So much potential for the commander to get a rework. A commander specific vehicle would be to call in support.
ОтветитьJavelin could be balanced, it doesn't have to kill every single tank or IFV in one shot in game, cuz it doesn't do so irl too, there are videos of vehicles surviving Javelin.
We already have balance where TOW, Kornet and HAT also don't kill tanks in one shot, but there were instances of it happening in real life.
Javelin will be limited by the fact that it's missile needs ~5-10 seconds in order to be able to acquire target, as IR head needs to be "cool", combine this delay in every single shot with it's minimum range, limitations of terrain, certain smoke types being able to throw the missile off it's course, cost of rearm and it won't be overpowered. If OWI adds Eryx and Metis-M systems, for example, they'll be pretty comparable in performance on practice.
Are there plans to make vehicles armour more realistic? It’s really great in squad 44 but i guess it’s hard to integrate with so many different vehicles
ОтветитьJesus Christ, we have blasted OWI on Reddit Squad subreddit featuring bugs that have been out there for years and not yet fixed such as MAAVS instant reload or Uber armor on Abrams and Breadly once facing particular directions such as NW SW but not West North nor South… FPS drop when in optics and many more other things such as ghost guns firing in the middle of nowhere… glitched skins and the list goes on. Ffs, listen to the community as we buy this game. If we stop buying, you will be out of the market!
