Located in the bustling Balvanera neighborhood, this ground-floor apartment offered a unique set of challenges I want to share with you!

While this option costs me $460 per month, you'll soon understand why it's essential to choose wisely when booking your Airbnb. I’ll share all the details about what to look out for so you don’t make the same mistake I did by opting for a cheaper option.
After spending a month there, I can honestly say it did not become a home away from home for me, because of its numerous flaws. One of the key highlights? The fast WiFi and dedicated workspace, allowed me to stay productive while navigating the challenges of my surroundings. However, it's worth mentioning that this Airbnb doesn't come with laundry facilities or a gym, making it less than ideal for some travelers.
