Great workout! However, I suggest adding some arm stretches at the end. Love that outfit. It looks very comfortable. What is it?
Ответитьlike your arm workouts, i have foot fracture so focusing on abs and upper body. going to get surgery, maybe one day you can do workouts for injured feet on floor...:) ie pilates, floor barre plus glutes and abs

ОтветитьPersonally I like to do these standing arm exercises by sitting on the mat. I don't know why but I can feel more of my back and arm muscles by doing these exercises in sitting position.

ОтветитьThese workout are really hard for me, so much that I canot do them completely. But it gives me motivation to keep going, maybe next time I will be able to do all of the exercices without breaks and easier variations.

ОтветитьHi!, I want to work my arms because I notice how they have become flabby and without form so I think this is a great workout to achieve my goal and have back the strenght that I want. I have a question, when we do exercises like the sworn arms and elbow lift we have to sqish our triceps and arm extension?, than you!
