a quick comment for constructive criticism: "hot property" is a hilarious phrase that I would not recommend anyone uses... that sounds like slavery! 😅 Instead, I would say "a valuable asset"... But, I'm sure the speaker doesn't realize this since she seems to be a newbie English speaker as well.
