New Vazarin is even more broken than 2.0. You get to keep your invulnerability abuse, you get a nice CC tool, and now you even have Guardian Break for basically infinite shieldgates. On Gauss the shield recharge delay is so small that you can actually recharge your shield faster than you can shieldgate. Absolutely monstrous
