I use the eyebrow pencil soft brown by covergirl for $6 (comes with two small pencils)and a cherry pink liner or a light brown pink. Put it on the white lines of your upper outer lip corners and the cupids bow- I’m a fan of a kind of low flat cupids bow. That’s it and blend with chapstick

So i tried this...her lips are so huge so she can use it as a liner. My lips are normal, not small not huge. Its very hard to use as a liner bc the lipstick is wet and the brush is thick. I need a teeny tiny wand! Edit....a toothpick maybe!

Use a lip brush for better precision, fingers cand blend well but youll have a more messy application, specially with lip liner, in the center of the lips you can use your fingers.
