Thank you for sharing, this definitely helps others going through the same situation, God’s blessings on you both 🙏🏾
ОтветитьReally refreshing to hear this being spoken about from both sides. Would you ever consider a podcast or dedicated video discussing this? As the partner of someone with ADHD this made me feel less alone and my partner was listening too and it made him feel less alone ❤️ x

ОтветитьYour chat about ADHD was so relatable. My boyfriend was also diagnosed around the same time as Alex and our relationship has also never been better. I am so happy for you both, Alex seems so much happier. Thank you so much for sharing.
ОтветитьIt would be really good to hear alex talk about how the meds work as ive heard some really good stuff thus far. Does the constant mental dialogue literally stop when u start the meds? Great vid as always victoria ❤
ОтветитьThank you so much for sharing your experience. ❤
ОтветитьSo refreshing to see such a beautiful couple spending quality time together and genuinely loving and enjoying each other’s company. You both have such beautiful spirits. Especially you Victoria. You genuinely are precious.
ОтветитьI have watched your videos for so long now and i always admired u but now i respect u so much more for sticking with someone u love through hard times it takes big courage and determination. Hope you and Alex are forever happy ❤❤
ОтветитьWow listening so the symptoms I would have thought it was bipolar disorder. This is good to hear because my nephew has similar symptoms and this can be what’s happening. Thank you ❤
ОтветитьWhat a beautiful couple. I am currently dating someone who potentially has ADHD, but refuses to get help. Everything you said, makes so much sense. Thank you for being so brave and sharing your story x
ОтветитьThanks for sharing your experience
Ответить“I think it’s a poppy” ❤
ОтветитьHow does one get diagnosed for adhd?
ОтветитьGood for you guys for sticking together
ОтветитьReally appreciate the openness as people show life up to a wedding and don’t show reality of maintaining a marriage.
Also picking up what you said about the Noah khan event, you drove, sat in the seats, hugged all of that sitting or standing next to eachother (not eye contact)
They often say not staring at eachother can really help guys in particular when communicating so maybe that suits you both
Even then slightly to one side so have the option to look at eachother but not directly opposite xx
You and Alex are so mindful and so inspiring to each other and to us.. thank you for always sharing this with us!!
ОтветитьVic, i totally respect that you only recommend/advertise products that you use/rate. Will all of those products be for me - of course not! But that’s for me to decide :)
ОтветитьA real, real discussion guys! Thank you for keeping-on your journey 🌟🌟
ОтветитьAlex, ADDitude Magazine. It changed everything for me after my diagnosis.
ОтветитьPlease could you share why dose and medication Alex takes. My 19th old son was diagnosed 4 months ago and is struggling to reach a balance on the medication he’s on
ОтветитьLovely to see honest conversation, thank you for sharing ❤
2 years in the system so far. Hopefully the end is in sight 🙌🏼 really encouraging to hear Alex is getting on so well with his medication.
I’m so happy for you guys, so so happy for you, thanks for sharing, it should have been so hard and it’s Amazing to see the progress both of you have made. Hope you the best ❤

ОтветитьHearing you both talk about this so openly just brings tears to my eyes because same. I was finally diagnosed with ADHD after 30 plus years of struggle and copying technics, which changed and failed, to be given medication and someone to talk too and omg it’s changed everything for me and my fiancé. It explains all my issues, frustrations and overall sense of person and to have him understand and see and work together just, we can breathe again. I love your videos, insta, TikTok, everything so much and you seem like such a lovely person inside and out, Alex too!
ОтветитьSo happy to see you and Alex are able to embrace the challenges and found a solution ❤
You guys are amazing, I m sure this will help a lot of people who is struggling❤
Thank you for making YT meaningful ❤
Hey Victoria, absolutely love the natural honesty in your vlogs. Love everything you post and so happy you and Alex are good now. On a more selfish note please can I ask further the recipe for those protein/ ginger snack balls they look delicious xx
ОтветитьI so appreciate Alex sharing the book Rec Scattered Minds, immediately downloaded it and can't wait to dive in. As someone with ADHD, I know how all encompassing and shameful it can be. So appreciate the rec!
ОтветитьThoroughly enjoyed this. Also, happy that you’re in such a healed place now that you were able to freely share your experience. These are the things that help give hope to others. You guys are adorable together. Also would like to say that breakfast was very tasty and healthy looking! You have motivated me!
ОтветитьAbsolutely loved your honesty with the struggle you have both been going through! Thank you for sharing your journey, glad you are both doing much better!
ОтветитьCould I ask what meds you’re on Alex? Has it been in tandem with counselling? I’d be extremely grateful to know. It’s just that we’re at the beginning of our journey so any advise is everything.
ОтветитьWhat is the name of the book Alex was talking about that helped him? I wonder if it would help my husband who is really going through it. Thanks for sharing your life and experiences.
ОтветитьHi Victoria. Would you mind telling what medication Alex is on? I really wouldn't ask such a question but hearing how happy he is made me wonder what kind of meds he is taking? Of course every medication works differently for everybody but this would give me an idea about my journey with ADD.
ОтветитьSorry what is the medication?
ОтветитьAlex has ADHD? I would say you both have....I have ADHD, and see more of myself in Victoria.
ОтветитьI saw in one of your videos white HC half zip jumper 😊 what size are you wearing please 🙏
ОтветитьSo nice to hear you guys have these chats and ai completely understand it’s easier when you’re sat chillin with food. But with someone with Misophonia I couldn’t listen to that segment fully as it was a bit torturous
ОтветитьAlex was speaking to me on the topic of working out😬
ОтветитьIt always makes me so upset that it actually causes more to eat well, with good quality food. Isn't that bonkas. I think of families that can't afford to. I'm not made of money I just do, because my health and life frankly depends on it. Sounds far eched but I think govenements need to be on trial for what they have done to the food chain. Interesting convo to hear. I'm gassing about this to friends and family all the time.
I think its fab to also discuss drinking. I know its woo woo to some people. However being an African woman born in London I just find this country's attitude toward drinking is problematic. My family or culture do not have the same relationhip with drinking. Glad Alex fewls better, and his changes has made a significant difference with his quality of life.
Alex’s journey is so educational and meaningful. Your chats enrich your content so much. Love it. Thank you!
Ответитьhi
ОтветитьI love your chit chats with Alex, however as someone with Misophonia i always have to skip past them when its done eating and talking during a meal. Is it possible to be more conscious of that for future videos? I want all the updates on those convos but i cant listen to them when eating is involved 😭
ОтветитьHi Victoria. Can you share the mango greens product you are taking? I really need to get back on track with my health. I see several brands online and I don’t want to purchase the wrong one.
ОтветитьSo refreshing to see a man open up like this. About neurodivergence AND emotions in general. Hopefully more will in time 🙂 Also on the spectrum here. Diagnosed when I was 32, 38 now. So much more self aware and self loving now, just wish I had known sooner so big chunks of my life weren't so confusing and unsupported 💙
ОтветитьOMG.....I think this is ME. Im literally booking a dr's appointment now.
ОтветитьThank you both for opening up and sharing about your relationship and mental health.❤❤
