I hate to be that person, but I have to echo what others have said. These bears have lived there for thousands of years, and now just because we want to justify our greed and live there we have to kill them when they approach.

This is so non ecological to live there. This is assholes centrals where all the major assholes of the planet lieve. I have been fighting for decades and my father much longer than that to prevent people from living there, except for scientific reasons and now this is a freaking resort island for bastards.

Really we don't need visa to live and visit this place???

Yeah those polar bears are no joke. I’ve watched a documentary of two women confronted by a polar bear, one was mauled to death and the other survived to let authorities kill it.

Hello Drew, A couple months ago Me and my family went to Svalbard, Longyearbyen, At the Lodge. It was really nice there, you should talk more about the seed vault, Also for more people who want to travel there make sure to go during winter, its really cool (its always night)
