60s and 70s best time for music so glad I grew up in those decades

This beautiful song takes me back to 1977, at the end of my Senior year of high school. I was heading off to college that Fall, but not really understanding what was about to hit me. I graduated with good grades and I was on the Honor Roll most semesters of high school, plus I was our Senior Class President. However, I rarely had to do homework or study extra for the tests and other classwork. It was a small town, with a population close to 1,500 back then (under 900 now) and my graduating class had less than 30 students my Senior year. There were roughly 120 students in all 4 high school grades and approximately 250 students in K-8. Thankfully, I was getting to live off-campus with my older sister (by 3 years), who was already attending the same college. She was a big help in guiding me through some of the questions and issues I experienced. Thanks Sissy! I love you!!!
