Be sure to take this time now and get yourself a new filter. Call us or shop your nearest local hardware store and pick one up. A dirty filter isn't doing it's job. If you have pets or a family member who suffers from allergies you may want to replace more often. Don't take out the old filter until you have the new one in your hand to replace. We have gone to a lot of homes over the year where the homeowner completely forget to put the new one in, but had already tossed out the old filter.

Be sure to clean the area surrounding your HVAC unit. If you see any dirt, leaves, branches, grass or other plants growing into, sticking out of, or very close to the unit, be sure to get rid of them. If the fins are dirty they must be cleaned out. If you are not sure how give us a call.
