I did the raid with friends and yes the chest do come at 380 but I did get high level engrams.

The infamy rank doesn’t work since I ranked up and instead I got a 501 blue when my light level is 520

One thing to correct is how easy blood cleaver actually is ...
You just have to stand up by the chest while still in the shield, he will run up, leaving the shield and you can pop out and get some shots off. This protects you from all turrets too. For the dogs just jump in and our while shooting them
I solo'd it at 512 with only the ace of spades and my grenade launcher

Honestly my way of leveling in D2 is gonna be hanging out with my clan and just doing what I find fun. I'll get to 600 eventually. Not a race for me :p

can you power level a alt with your main characters gear now or no ?

Great tips! I did prestige Levi last week and found that it seems to be a great way of getting prime engrams. At Calus cp, in between wiping and starting over, I got 2 prime engrams while killing adds in the throne room, within an hour or so. Maybe you can try this out for yourself.

1.Spam the blind well with fireteam at tier 3 or above. About 1/3 chance of getting masterwork powerful we open
2. Complete Petra and spider bounties usually challenge or weekly.
3. Spam gambit because since it is pvp/pve the wild engram drop rule still applies
4. Do some trikes or nightfall
