Shameful act for the existing customers, i have spent 52k for V11, but the attachment doesn't work with v11 or lower models, Just bcz of this pathetic experience I have to now switch to Bissell bcz i cannot invest 57000 again just for the mob instead I will get a Bissell mob for 22k.

Yea f off. Gimmicky marketing. I got the v12 last year and you should have designed the attachment in way that it could be compatible with older variants too. I love the machine but I have lost respect for the company. I got a Tineco and I'm very happy with the floor cleaning it provides. I don't have to dry vacuum and then wet, what bs defeats the purpose!
