3. vitamins
4. go walk outside before the sun fully rises. friend = accountability partner.
5. 3 pages a day, any genre.
6. podcast or audiobook (tam, fernanda, or ali)
7. 2x speed
8. work out for 15 mins at least a day
9. steamy foot baths at night while reading 3 pages. stretch at night.
10. look over schedule, write everything down, plan for next day. time block at 5 min intervals.

ОтветитьMost of them are great tips to improve yourself but,I dont think watching 2x ll help because it decreases your focus time and patience. I used to watch everything in2x speed and I’ve relaised that I can’t focus on ppls speach in real life. When I forced myself to watch videos on normal speed(and watch till end for sure) i see the benefits especially as a dental student 😭
