Happy yuletide for u and ur family and when u sign up on STEREO?
ОтветитьI think u and the clan should one year do the Christmas markets in Germany and compare them both 😉?
ОтветитьI'm going to visit off season, this time, next year! Thanks to your videos,. Edinburgh 2025 Aye!.
ОтветитьHey Tony, thanks for posting this, I hope you didn't get too cold? Sir, as always, a great video
ОтветитьThank yooooou! SOME DAY... (I'll be there for Christmas market) Hi from Canada!
ОтветитьHow wonderful! This is what makes Edinburgh a great city. The only thing we have here on Hilton Head is a fire department that decorates its building a la National Lampoon Christmas Vacation. A slow caravan of cars crawl past it to soak it all in. We Americans never get out of our cars 😅
ОтветитьGreat footage thank you!
ОтветитьYes definitely less stalls, but better I think after visiting the market many times over the years. I look forward to night time look around. Thank you for doing this
Ответить480p really 😮
ОтветитьThanks for the tour Tony. Market is so crowded at night.
ОтветитьLike me, you missed a chunk. There are some stalls at the other side of the railway. No idea how to get to them and I feel sorry for those stallholders as I'm sure many people will miss them out.
ОтветитьMerry Christmas Tony ❤🙏💜
ОтветитьThat looks wonderful!
Ответить“Ox cheek” takes me back! When I was a kid, 60 years ago, my paternal grandfather was state veterinarian for the state of Michigan in the US. Part of his job was inspecting herds of cattle. At that time (maybe still?) it was illegal in the state to sell any part of the cow that couldn’t be ground for hamburger (“mince”), and cheeks, having lots of tough connective tissue, were off limits. But properly prepared (braised), all that just melted into succulence. My grandfather’s connections made it possible for him to get beef cheeks for us. And now, here we are: cheeks have gone from contraband to haute cuisine!
ОтветитьOver crowded, over priced tourist trap.
ОтветитьWill be there on boxing day for few njghts and have done with family for many years keeps xmas extended love it
ОтветитьThanks Tony! Enjoyed your great photography! I was getting hungry - for. you - and was glad to see you got something to eat! 😆
ОтветитьWe are coming to visit in early December. This video maakes us that much more excited! Thank you Tony!
ОтветитьOne day we’re going to come over at Christmas. I haven’t been in Scotland at Christmas since I lived there as a kid in the 1970s! Please do a video of the food stuffs at the Christmas Market. :)”
ОтветитьI was wondering if you were an only child or if you had any siblings
Ответитьwhy just in 480p
ОтветитьRrally appreciate the walking your and your videos Tony!
ОтветитьTony - thank you again, you've started the season off well. We need to see it in the light as well as when its lit up at night. I think there needs to be more food and fewer shops, there's so much to explore foodwise in that town. LOVELY German stand! It remains my favorite!!
ОтветитьVary nice walkabout, Tony. Making more space among the stalls this year is a good idea. It does get crowded!
ОтветитьLooks like a beautiful day!
Ответить👍
ОтветитьWhat about the rest of the market down at the Market Street entrance?
ОтветитьI didn't see any Glühwein stalls. The are most probably there though. Looking forward to seeing the ice bar. I hope you and your family have a peaceful Christmas, although wasn't Christmas banned a few decades ago?
ОтветитьFor the amount of subscribers youb have , you should be reacording in better quaility. Looks like it was filmed on a potatoe. Looks like 480p
ОтветитьI will enjoy being able to walk about this when I come out there next month, and having that be something nice I get to do for Solstice. Plus I can get a nice ornament to commemorate my first Solstice in Edinburgh, to help my mindset. Anything to remind myself that I am in fact moving there permanently, when I have to board a plane back to the US the day after the Torchlight Procession, to finish up all my loose ends here. 😅
ОтветитьI'd love for you to show us some of thr christmas decorations around the city. It's such a magical place I'd bet they do up christmas real big on the royal mile and Victoria Street. I also love how you switch into a southern US accent from time to time. Made me chuckle. Hi from warm and sunny texas.
ОтветитьOverpriced dirty shithole where everyone is living on a piss poor salary. Welcome to the UK actually
