I know it’s pre season and take it with a grain of salt. But as a Tennessee volunteer fan I’ve told literally everyone Joe Milton is 100% a starter in the league with good coaching. He’s athletic and has a great arm. Coaching can take care of his flaws.

He was at the perfect organization to have his first preseason. Now go to a place to compete for a back up spot like the Titans. He’ll be back in Tennessee, and after Levis finally washes out by the end of the season, he can take the back up job to whatever veteran they grab to get them back to some basic competency and he’ll be primed to take over in the near future.
