Do you have a diet you could recommend while working out? As I can't consume much protein my muscle gain is very limited due to gout

I have chronic gout, no tophi just yet. Having decreased kidney and liver function is the key factor for my uric acid buildup. Shout out to Brodi for not giving up. We put that work in.

Hi.. Can advise or make a video the food n nutrition for gout when on a bodybuilding journey… I wanna help my hubby who is facing this too😕.. I wanna increase his calorie intake but worry may cause gout as the proteins need ti be limited.
