Hard to watch rugby tbese days with refs deciding the results, and I'm not alone looking at the engagement/financial issues of teams...

Higher teams have ALWAYS had the benfit of the refs (see South Africa in 2007 WC) but its painful these days...the most recent WC was worse: why not go full NFL and allow the obvious manipulation of results for sponsors etc...

As a New Zealander I normally support Fiji - but contratulations to Scotland for a big win and some great tries.

What an absolute drubbing! I'm gobsmacked by how well they played and by how many stupid, stupid mistakes Fiji made. Though that cheeky lineout that led to their 2nd try was a beauty to watch. :)

Thank you very much Scotland for the game. It's very good learning experience for the team comprised mostly of Drua team just months away from Super Rugby. Not taking away how fast Scotland was, too fast, too clinical. And fiji who kept playing despite the score margins.

It’s all good..the game was learning experience for some of this young Drua players who for the first time playing against Northern Hemisphere team. Learn from this tests boys and kee on building from there.. you will get better comes world cup 2027

Looking again at this game, it's amazing to see just how many times the medics and water carriers appear on the field everytime the whistle blows...wtf, this is NOT a yuppie sport...or is it becoming one?

Young Fijian side. Great learning experience for them and I believe they will only get better from here on. Clearly Scotland was on top of their game, well deserved win. Fiji lacked in Size and the Scottish were very physical. Great game, alot was identified and hope that the coaches fix those issues and toso tale. Vinaka Viti

Rugby is fijis backyard sport and should keep playing there becuz they suck at international level

This kind of refereeing has to stop.
We saw it before with Wales against Fiji in the rugby world cup, if this had been two Scotland vs England you would not have seen two yellow cards for one team in the first 15mins, referees need to find more consistency and have the guts to make decisions on the field based on good instincts and in line with the spirit of the game.

Kiwi here, they need to get rid of the sin bin for intercepts or knock downs. It's a knock on Scotland. Get the ball back, and fiji isn't penalised.

Regardless, not, "irregardless" (not a word).
