it requires tier 6 pick, tier 6 takes 6 hits
only gives 375 xp, 4 veins and only sells
for $25 does it have a use? It's so ineffective in general.

This is the best once’s to rank up, In my experience so far.

1 sherif, because good perk, and good weapons, And it’s easy to grind.

2 hunting, because The Lebel rifle is OP, and give you animal resistance and it’s easy to grind.

3 Hitman I put this the lowest because it’s a nightmare to grind, because why would anyone pay for hitman, for 300 or 400 cash, Or 100 cash, but it’s perk is OP, More accuracy = better.

The once’s I don’t recommend grinding is these.

1 mining is basically pointless to do now, since the bank earns you so much cash, in small servers, and the rewards for grinding mining is none existent. I prefer the old mining system, by paying for the pickaxes, and this made mining flat out useless.

2 doctor, because the rewards suck, and the NPCs are bugged with doctor, since no NPC go to the doctor building anymore. Plus they seriously nerfed doctor, since almost no one wants to pay 100 cash for bandages anymore, when you can get bandages for free on NPCs.

3 logging, the reason why is The rewards are bad, and you don’t gain anything grinding logging at all, you get increased axe damage, but that’s only useful for horse PvP, if you have frozen axe, Where frozen axe gets more expensive every year.

The rest I’m mixed on, Or in the middle. Since it offer a few goods things, and some bad things.

Nah, the lewalch may be decent but the damage is abysmal at 24 body 36 head, and 13 second reload meaning if you don't Hit every shot then you are done for.
