No one is mentioning that Series X/S has an awful intentionally design flaw; if and when the SSD someday dies, the console will be bricked. Has to do with an encryption key stored that is linked to the console. Good luck when the warranty expires. There're countless repair videos on this and there's nothing they can do. Another thing is the rumors that M$ will phase out gaming consoles in the near future.

A lot of you people on here judging the PlayStation 5 Pro saying is more powerful than the Xbox series X not listening to the guy cuz y'all dumb as hell when he said you have to turn on Boost Mode for it to reach its potential and xbox series x didn't need a switch to turn on boost mode for it too reach it potential so in other word in order for Playstation 5 pro too be up there with xbox series x they had to have a switch too turn on extra power too boost over the Xbox series x so in reality PlayStation 5 Pro is not powerful than the Xbox series X without turning on boost mode😂

If you want to play old games pick PS 5. If you really love games and want to play a lot pick Xbox and Game Pass.

As a PlayStation user this time Xbox is my favourite. I bought series S at the premiere and I felt in love! Still got ps5 but using it only from time to time. Very rarely. Xbox wins that generation. but PS has much more loyal fans

the only place xbox would win is in america because americans "mostly" are the only people who likes xbox which literally is the only country that 98% of xbox consoles, games, & subscription service sells in. everywhere else in the world besides probably Canada xbox is completely dead. when i seen a history video of xbox total sales in Japan & Asia from 2001 to about 2023 bro the numbers were estimated somewhere around 0.3 - 0.7% of total sales of all xbox stuff within that time i was like omfg i didn't know it was possible for something to sale that bad outside their own country. also, at the Tokyo Game Show 2024 most of all the Japanese people was walking pass the xbox section almost like it didn't exist at all, but the PlayStation section of the place was insane mad deep crowned full of people especially around the PS5 Pro display was hell on earth packed full of people so yeah america is the only place xbox would win in for sure

I'm glad I picked my xbox series x . Plus game pass makes it nice to not spend 60 bucks a game. When it comes down to it. It's all about software optimization. No matter what console. I loved Playstation 1 and 2. But once I got the original xbox and the 360 I stayed with xbox for my flavor of gaming ever since

For emulating old PS1, 2, and 3 games, I'd recommend both a $650 PC and an Xbox Series X.

Xbox Series X Galaxy Black: 2tb SSD/with disk drive = $600

Both consoles perform about the same. Xbox is worth more for the price

Otherwise pick the regular options. Xbox Series X & PS5 Slim. both have disk drives & 1TB SSD for $500 (usually less)
