Google allows to run Chrome as root with a flag no sandbox but this feature comes with a warning of security.

Note :
Make sure you are logged in as a root using desktop login. If you are logged in as a regular user and turned yourself root on terminal using sudo su command, you might get DISPLAY error while running the shell script.
