I loved to put this on while I worked until I scrambled to figure out how a phone call was being made and how to answer it. Did I accidentally hit a button on my cell and it was calling someone? Did my CRM place a call to a customer who was about to answer and I was not ready? Did some other automated call get placed for me that I needed to complete? I was in a panic!! Then I realized this "work music" included audio of a call being placed. Why?????? Just like the podcast ads I have heard while driving that included sirens or horns or crash sounds, I do not want to listen to this. Instead of calming, this stresses.

This video came out just a week before I was fired at a job I worked at for 9 years. Those few weeks of unemployement were the most isolating and anxiety-ridden moments of my life. I remember that I put this video on repeat as I studied for several certifications in hopes of landing something new. 4 years later, I've tripled my salary in a few field and never looked back.

for those of u that r struggling to focus, be honest with ur self what r ur goals what r u trying to acheive with this focus/ work session?, i’ll tell u what. man up or women up, which ever, cut the bs hesitation thinking off, and sit down and just start working, any thoughts or ideas that r popping up in ur head telling u to do somethings else, just ignore them, u dont need help, its not adhd, u have the power its your brain, ur choice, just shut off those sh*tty self value destroying/ distracting thoughts and get on with the work, cuz trust, the work will pay off.
