MooreBMX 014: Leigh Ramsdell of Mongoose Bikes

I met him at Woodward PA last May at the USABMX Freestyle and Gold Cup weekend. A buddy and I had a good chat with him at the Mongoose tent.

Giant Corp is bad because maximum profit means quality drops when really there is no excuse for it. Think what there parts buying power is so more profit from parts they use on bikes it could be so much better the repop supergoos is great though the fork crown is wrong too deep but I'd definitely have one if I ever find one at rrp in the UK my old mongoose back in the day was a mk2 with gussets in my town other kids new my name I'd never met before. That was strange ha but cool . If I could get a remake it would be obvious not an old bike but be exact in build quality =supergoos 3 with sg 2 gussets that would be the greatest for me I run 2 geese a r90 frame with fed drop fork an 4pc united bars an wtp crank all in raw finish. But my main ride is a ben wallace r120 with 4pc salt bars and original supergoos foil sticker kit both fitted with padset and old school gt 300mm seat post my bikes look old school and are all chromoly and sealed bearings BUT BLING

I had the pleasure of meeting you at the Frogtown invent the first annual I bought the Mongoose bicycle from you I still have it hanging in the living room but I might end up having to give it to my brother's kids because they will have more use for it than me haha anyways I was wondering are you ever going to do another production run of the modem at 3 okay thanks again and God bless

Just bought a Legion L100. It's my first BMX. I'm having so much fun cruising around! My grandson saw it and that inspired him to take the training wheels off his own bike and learn to ride for real. It doesn't get much better than inspiring others to ride bikes.
