Paula I admit you are the QUEEN of the Kitchen, but I got worried when I saw how the steaks started out with 4 hr marinade of dressing and THEN the steak sauce basting ... but I think they looked delicious and I'm sure tasted awesome..... I’d never ever ruin a filet mignon by putting store bought salad dressing marinating a filet yuck 🤢 and then steak sauce on top eww. A lesson on how to absolutely ruin 1 of the most expensive cuts of beef. Do it with a London Broil not filet.
