I used to do yoga. In the beginning I felt invigorated & joyful right? After about 3 weeks I was hit with the deepest, chronic depression I've ever experienced. I couldn't get out of bed. I also had debilitating anxiety for a solud year. Was scared to leave my home. I learned that yoga opens portals to demonic oppression. Its Hindu god/goddess worship. At first I didn't believe it but I prayed on it. God said stop. I did & mental illnesses gone. P.S. meds didn't help. Jesus saves.

Lisa- you have great speakers but please ask the ones who speak with a high level of neuroticism to pace their talking speed.
