Dang I love Roosevelt "booba" Barns raw blues.  This is a great video... There are very little videos with him.  I need to get this video.  Roosevelt Barns only released one album before he passed on.  He liked to ling like Howlin Wolf which is why his voice sounds like this on this song... This is version of Howlin Wolf's "Who's Been Talkin".

There should be a statue of Booba on my street! He's so good

Got to see Booba play a marathon show from 9 to about 2:30 a.m. Great time!

Up there with the likes of R.L. Burnside and Juniour Kimbrough.

Saw him play at St. Ann's church in Brooklyn Heights back in the 80s. It was a show with other Mississippi Delta Blues artists that filled the pews. A wonderful memory that came to mind moments ago and led me here.
