You nailed it. EXCEPT for the rain, that looks just like my previous neighborhood, and my previous house. But it was in the desert west so rain was a rarity. Snow occasionally in the winter, but that was about it. And that was a good thing, because when you got rain, you got lightning. And when you got lightning, you got wild fires.
