awesome approach
ОтветитьHey, that Gi is not Judo legal!
ОтветитьI enjoyed watching this. A flying juji gatami.....this one’s going to need a ton of practice. Thank you 🙏🏾
ОтветитьI wanna one visit your dojo
ОтветитьSomeone sleeping in the background? Sorry I have a headset on lol great vid🙏🤙
Ответитьdont brake your neck ,like russian guy!!!
ОтветитьRecently a russian grappler ended paralyzed from neck down trying this. Just can't stress it enough: VERY DANGEROUS.
ОтветитьMy favorite, nice haircut tho
ОтветитьMy brother once got a flying triangle in a tournament, it was the greatest thing ever.
ОтветитьI wonder... There's probably the right context, configuration, timing somewhere, but what are they ? Anyway, thanks a lot !
ОтветитьI see that you lost a lot of your strength, I blame it on that haircut causing a Samson effect.
ОтветитьThat one Georgian guy broke his neck doing this. Can we get a breakdown on how to mitigate the risk of getting our neck broken or knocking ourselves out?
ОтветитьI don't get it. What stops you stacking onto her head as gravity takes her to the floor. Or if you're a hulk just bicep curling with both arms and slamming her.
ОтветитьForbidden in IJF rules unfortunately...
ОтветитьGood explanation, for a super difficult technique.
I also love the Komuro Koji combo tomoe nage ...into Juji Gatame.
Guy broke neck. Flying armbar bad.
ОтветитьSee the guy break his neck in the Russian grappling match trying this with no gi??
ОтветитьShintaro tried this A LOT in competition! 😂
ОтветитьIn bjj flying technices they need to be done under the supervition of a teacher. Not something you would try at home with your friends.
ОтветитьRemember all the videos with shintaro throwing her? Payback time lol
ОтветитьI know some are out there saying that this move, the flying armbar (tobi-juji-gatame), is too dangerous in light of the recent video of the gentleman from Russia getting injured, but the truth is that many, many moves in judo are dangerous when they are NOT taught correctly or practiced safely. Even when one is trained correctly, there are unseen variables that can occur. This is why it is so important to become proficient at ukemi before competing. In the Collier Method of Judo, it is said, "Whenever one goes for a flying anything, you must simultaneously engage your breakfall. It should be assumed you will be taking a bump or a roll." Done incorrectly, it can even be dangerous to the one receiving the armbar. Good video!
ОтветитьGood timing to teach how to do this right with that guy breaking his neck
ОтветитьI just recently seen a video a guy tried that in a grappling compitiion no gee he ended up landing on his head instantly crippling himself scary stuff
ОтветитьSensei higashi
I'm in nyc
Where do you teach ?
I've seen this move done during a real fight ONCE. It was mind boggling.
