They won the league nice and early and if other teams do it they can have the privilege to do the same. They are giving other players the opportunity to have a run around as well.

Liverpool have earned the right to not take games seriously.
Manchester United and Spurs are also not taking league games seriously because they are prioritising the Europa league final.

The 4/5 teams that can’t qualify for Europe and can’t be relegated aren’t taking the remaining game seriously!
