Trip to Dr. Alvarez for my Gastric Sleeve

Wow this takes me back. Looks almost exactly like my trip back in April 2007. I lost 151 lbs, by the way. Your gonna do great! Congrats!!

I had the surgery with Dr. A in Oct... I did not do a video. I have lost over 60lbs so far, and I am continuing with my journey. He is a great Doc!!

I am 5'5 and weigh 238 and i believe my bmi is 40. Would i be a good patient for this surgery? I live near Louisville, Ky were would I fly into to get to your office for surgery?

Now this makes the trip so much easier knowing just what to expect. Good job in marketing . The more ones knows the better the decision.
