Same Formula but not working tried many times

I have one data sheet 1 that contains the one numbers/Name repeat with different values/Qty in one Excel sheet .

In another Excel sheet 2 only numbers/Name mention.

When I use vlookup formula in sheet 2 from sheet 1 only first value repeated against all Name/numbers

How to solve this error
