I think the best way is to cut your hair to the lowest part, wash it and clean all your personal hair equipment....That way you can get rid of lice permanently.

My name is Suparana Batabyal from Chennai.
I was going through lice concerns too much, which came through my child from her school and mingled with, playing with other kids. That was really irritating for me to go outside with itchiness on my head 24 hours.
I discovered this channel and went through all the remedies and one more person i watched, I tried my mixed remedy that is neem, garlic and coconut oil boiled and applied all over hair. Next day wash it with Medicare shampoo and one lotion named permethrin cream, three days randomly. And it was still there but less. Again i applied raw juice of garlic and after one hour washed off my hair,and combed with a tiny fine lice special comb and it's literally reduced maximum. I did this two days and after normal shampoo i applied lemon juice on my scalp and finally and happily my hair is lice and nit free. Mine and my daughter's both.
I used camphor mixed coconut oil for my daughter everyday on her hair. And now her hair is completely shielded with this technique. But daily fine toothed lice hair combing is needed. I am doing it like a ritual.
