How to make a digital marketing training interesting and an unforgettable experience? | Part 1

The problem I usually face with trainees is "Getting Bored", especially with Real Estate Agents.
They are always on their phone, focusing more on closing deals and interacting with clients.
I cannot argue with that. But there is a way to keep them engaged and make them active in training.
The training is about teaching them "how to think" instead of "how to do" because I believe that is what makes the difference. The training is tailored to help them solve the problem of "how to grow their social media presence and generate qualified leads".
Even though they need these essential skills, they are still determining whether the training will be practical.
That's why the most effective way to achieve my goal is to keep the training as brief and engaging as possible.
