ОтветитьLove the chunks of fish and the baking of the potato instead of boiling. A nice dry, Maine russet potato or any variety of dry, mealy potatoes like Idaho soak up those wonderful flavors really well. Thank you for a great recipe!

I'm going to try this with salmon because I think I can at least cook that fish and because apparently people here confirm you are amazing on recipes...OMG the things we can do for love 😂 Please if anyone can give advise about which fish fits in this recipe I would really appreciate you help me.
ОтветитьI use canned tuna in springwater, obviously drained but 2 large cans with mash and spring onions/green onions, then just roll in breadcrumbs, don't worry about the egg and flour
