As you know, "the" is the most common word in English. It is also the most difficult word for foreigners to master. There are a lot of videos on the net on the subject, including yours. But allmost all of them teach rules. what the leaders need is the reason, as you briefly touched in your video, not rules. In your video, you showed that "the" changes the meaning of the word it precedes. All native speakers know this, and that is why they don't make mistakes. So i hope you will kindly consider the following suggestion. Please choose a text full of "the" or right one yourself. It can be about anything, mermaids or fairies and then go through it and explain why there is a " the" before a word and what that word means with and without "the" as you did with dinner and breakfast in your video. That way, we will learn the logic of using " the" and hopefully make fewer mistakes. I hope my comment is comprehensible.
