ОтветитьIt may seem that way. Looking at him and wondering how he is that solid without all the carbs and proteins. However, his diet of raw vegetables and fruit is very high in calories. It's a high energy diet. The more energy you have, the better you can train. It's a completely different approach then we're used to.

ОтветитьHumans are omnivores. Herbivore is like a deer, have you seen any deer eat meat or have you ever seen a carnivore like lion eating grass? No. These animals are strict herbivores and carnivores. Our digestive system can't digest raw meat(uncooked, unprocesssed) like a carnivore but it still can digest meat. While we can't d,gest cellulose which is abundant in nearly all green leaves we can digest some plants.
ОтветитьThe trick is to have a balance between two. %80 vegetable/fruit and %20 meat/dairy is the sweet point IMO. When you go extremes like full vegan you get B12 and folate deficiency and low hemoglobin( under 12g/dl) but when you go full meat, you get high cholesterol, atherom plaques liver problems.. Also a lot of fruit( extreme amounts like 4-5 oranges daily for years) tends to give you diabetes and glucose problems. The trick is balance and moderation.
ОтветитьAlexey is a naturally big, strong dude. Not having protein probably doesn't matter, he will always be strong. A lot of it is genetics and his workouts. I question the validity of what he is saying for someone who is smaller and weaker that needs SOMETHING in the diet to build muscle. I understand he has more energy, but protein is required for for building muscle.

ОтветитьI am 29. For 29 years i ate mostly meat, milk, cheese. I developed all kind of allergies and now even when i eat 2 gramms of cheese i feel like my intestines will explode. I became raw vegan and i forget stomach pain, intestines pain, i don't have gas . Sure i lost some kilos but that's because i ate less calories with my vegan diet. I can't talk about other people but for me meat and dairy products are cancer.

ОтветитьSomething is not right here.First and foremost a 320 kilos lunge is something unheard of,lunges are much harder to do than squats because all that weight for most part goes on one leg.Someone who can do a 500 +kilo squat perhaps could do it.For second he says he's strength is not as equal than the one of Cipelnekov while he's been on this diet after his armwrestling career.So he's strength has drooped since being on this diet.Just too fishy too me.He also says that on monday he eats nothing and for the rest makes it sound like he's getting calories from a few apples and some salads.Just many things don't make sense here

Human dont need to eat protein but need to eat aminoacids. As he said protein from animal origin is not good for our body as aminoacids from plants

ОтветитьSounds like he is doing the 80/10/10 diet.. 80% of kcal from carbs 10% from protein and 10% from fat. Aslong as he gets enough kcal in total he will keep his weight and his muscle will be full of glycogen all the time and it will be a proteinsparing diet and he get good raw protein that is not denautured and I believe that correspond and assimilate better for our bodiesa. How much protein is needed per day.. 50 gram... 60gram or 100gram, lets say I would think he is close to 4000 to 5000 kcal so if 10% of kcal is protein then 100 gram is what he eats from the best foods made for mankind and 100 grams per day is 700 grams per week this is littlebit under 3 kg per month or over 30 kg per year.. how much muscle can you gain in a lifetime really? Think about that? We don't need that much protein as we might think but we need good food that drive us for success. Go raw guys and girls!

He followed a good vegan diet and his sister followed it too and she got pregnant. From there it teaches us how important a good diet is.
