Is there any such thing know as physics in that world? Or the producers just don’t know what Kinetic energy is. They would be moving the same speed as the train so they wouldn’t be flying back unless if there were just dropped on the train. That’s why if you jump off a train onto solid unmoving ground you would go flying.
