How are Camden, Hartford, and East St. Louis not the most dangerous cities in their respective states?

Colorado was #1 in homeless because in 2019-2020 it was being used as a hub for people coming from south America and Mexico. A lot of them stayed here instead of moving on to other states.

I am very surprised that Pueblo Colorado is considered more dangerous than Aurora, Denver, or Colorado Springs.

For year around living I would live in New Mexico or Colorado in the west and North Carolina or Virginia is the east. If I could live one place in summer and one in winter my choice would be Vermont in the summer and Tucson, AZ in the winter.
