It's not necessarily a bad thing to have the 'Open to work' label. I've seen a friend who shared a LinkedIn post about being on their notice period and added 'Open to work' to their profile. They got a job at Amazon, and when I checked their profile, in the work experience section, they mentioned, 'LinkedIn helped me get this job.
