You know what pissed me of, is that twitch right now remove continued watch with this new trash tiktok design

No more Continue Watching feature. 0/10 update. Absolutely trash

As soon as I saw this update, I almost immediately uninstalled the app and I doubt I’ll ever be back. I don’t think I’ve ever seen an update and redesign that’s this bad before. Mobile was the only way I ever watched Twitch so this killed it for me.

This shit is awful

i genuinely don't understand why they made the UI exactly like tiktok's. the suggested streamers infinite scroll looks really bad, the actual stream takes up like 25% of the screen. the following streams is now a sidebar??? and now it's very accessible to stream on mobile like they're trying to make it a main feature. then your inbox which for 99% of twitch users is just drops that they don't care about. and then your account. what was wrong with the ui before? it was at least usable

I agree that I like it for discovering new people and it does make me use the app in a more "TikTok" kind of way, but I also echo the sentiment that I don't like that it starts with maybe a few people I follow and then it's all the random people. I agree we need to be able to swipe through just the people we follow. I have a feeling that older folks that don't like change are going to really hate it, but from a business perspective ... I get it. They want to keep people on the app in an addictive loop ... mindlessly scrolling. I feel like it's not long before you will see ads and or sponsored content in-between scrolls too ...

this update has been pissing me off. not to mention all of the banner ads they throw in alongside the terrible chat add-in. makes it basically unwatchable unless you have a sub, also idk if its streamer set but now im getting like 0 out of 8 pre roll ads and mid roll ads all the time, it sucks.

Mobile app now sucks. 😢
