1. Spyglass: Spyglass is good for new versions of minecraft that don't have optifine yet, also bedrock edition has no zoom besides this
2. Fletching table: Fletchers are arguably the easiest way to make emeralds, giving you a stack of emeralds for just 4 stacks of logs
3. Loom: Looms look really good for library themed builds along with banners being great for detailed building, (Also banner shields)
4. Dried kelp: Easy source of fuel if you live near an ocean
5. Warped sprouts: Ok yeah you got me there, that items sucks
6. Activator rail: Good for villager systems
7. Snowball: Easily kills blazes if you struggle with them
8. Cauldron: Yeah it's pretty useless unless you need a saddle from a villager
9. Cobweb: An essential item for pvp
10. Fern: You can break ferns for seeds (But yeah they kinda suck)
11. Tripwire hook: Trapped chests can be very useful, especially in the older versions of minecraft when all the chests hated each other or smthn
12. Warped fungus on a stick: Best way to travel in the nether besides an elytra
13. Daylight detector: I agree, pretty useless
14. Sea grass: Breed turtles for turtle master potions
15. Glow lichen: They make caves look much better
