Excited to get my 1070 in the mail, picked it up off eBay for $90. I got my current 1050ti for double that price in 2017!!! Talk about a cheap upgrade

Still a good gpu, but some of those games are using fsr and fsr at 1080p looks kind of awful, I'd much rather turn some settings down then use fsr.

I don't understand why i'm only having 48 50 fps at high settings for cyber punk with better ram and cpu than this guy and he has 65 fps at high, what could ive done wrong ? Help please

Funny, I just purchased and installed a second 1070 to run in SLI mode. Just waiting for the HB bridge to get here from China. I chose this route as I'm not quite willing to pay an arm and leg for the modern high-end GPUs. I'll probably run this setup for the next two or three years before doing a true GPU upgrade (Lord willing), and will most likely go with AMD as their size and TDP are usually more reasonable compared to Nvidia.

I have asus laptop with 1070m and i7-8750. I tried cyberpunk when it came and i tried it now with new update. It stutters a lot and there is too much sound stuttering. After update it runs worse at even low settings. Tried fsr but stutter wont go away. Is my cpu bottlenecking it or its something else?

And people say that the 1070 is less powerful than series x.. The reality is that in performance they are quite even. Considering that console games run on medium to low graphics and upscaled resolutions, it's not crazy to say that the 1070 comes pretty close to an series x.

Out of 50 games I only play 2-3.
