I admit I am an amateur cook compared to my kuya and my mom( kuya IS a chef and mom has 50 years exp in home cooking) I admit when I cook before, they barely eat my food or they cook it their way or cook something else. Now with my kuya busy at work, and my mom recovering from sickness, I am now in charge of meals. I have been following your recipes and they always end up perfect. ОтветитьGrabe talaga ang effect ng marinating and kaunting soy sauce and calamansi sa dish na ito. Deeper red color and parang BAM!!! secret ingredient sa lasa. I now can cook more than adobo chicken. hahahah. Thank you chef. Big difference talaga sa texture if you fry the vegetables.

ОтветитьI’ve done this recipe a lot of times already. Always a hit! I was also able to try filipino style spaghetti sauce instead of tomato sauce because that’s all I have that time. And it was way better! Now that’s what I use. Thank you Chef for sharing simpol recipes. They really help moms like myself to cook for our families ❤️
