ОтветитьExcellent episode. So sorry for another delay. You have a great attitude.
I was excited that you covered not two but three names that someone sent it from my ancestors.
It good to here your ok. GOD will take care of us if we let him.
ОтветитьBarry if you'd not held onto that fruit jar to long you wouldn't have fell. Hoping for the best with your hip replacement. My son had one while in the USMC and his right leg is now an inch shorter than the left one.
If you're having trouble with uncle artheritis try taking organic cinnamon. That what my brothers doctor had him to start with instead of operations on his back and pain meds. He told me it's working wonders and he's still working in the mines in Bama.
Old windy me but I hope you got some insight.
My Husband wrote this he think you would know what it means or whom he is speaking of Surname wise "In the Valley of the hares. The son Robert's lived. Who is like God?. God has given a son who is a Resolute Protector of the Brave Heart. Who is fire born A Resolute Protector with a Little Red Shining with Glory. Foe we are the Son's of Robert."
ОтветитьIn His time, reasons we may not know but All in good time. Best wishes for long awaited mend and back to play golf.
ОтветитьPrayers for a speedy recovering, a quick surgery and a speedy recovery from that!
ОтветитьHope you’re on the mend soon , all the best from Liverpool England
ОтветитьAlways enjoy these so very much, Barry! I would LOVE a video about what led up to the Crusades. EVERYTHING is about religion and politics, wether we admit it or know it!
ОтветитьI appreciate what you are doing here! I will pray for a complete recover from your condition that requires surgery!
Ammons, Boyd, Breedlove, Brendle, Lovelace, Ross, Smiley, Tabor, Walls, Welch
are the names in my family tree which do not yet appear in your list. All these people were living in Southern Appalachia since at least the Revolutionary War. Virginia, North And South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee and Kentucky. My DNA test shows I am mainly English and Scottish with a little Welsh, Norwegian and Swedish. They show no German, Dutch, French or Irish.
An episode (s) on the crusades would be a welcome addition.
Prayers for your upcoming surgery!
Have you went over the name Osborne ?
ОтветитьWelcome...back..?
ОтветитьGlad....youre....back.
ОтветитьSutton..?s...sutton...who
ОтветитьLove ya brotha! Heal up, & enjoy yerself! 🙏🏽
ОтветитьI am not directly descended from the eastern Tennessee Sharp family; however, several Sharps were fortunate enough to marry Bookers. 😉❤
ОтветитьSome very familiar names today! I grew up with lots of Thackers and Suttons, who are also cousins, in north Georgia. My 2nd ggfather was Bryant Jordan, born 1810, NC; he ended up in Georgia and had many children, including daughter Frances/Fanny, born 1861, who married Allen Murchison. My grandmother was their younger daughter. 1810 is as far back as I have been able to trace that Jordan line. Sorry about the delay in your surgery. So frustrating, I know.
ОтветитьHope you get the surgery soon and please be careful. Will continue to pray. My heritage goes from Israel to Eastern Europe. Nothing else except for a tiny percentage of folks who remained near Israel after the Romans kicked the Jews and Christians out. We’ve done DNA testing and that’s it. Really enjoy your videos.
Ответить10/4 on the Crusades and you got too many light colored (I'm being nice) hairs in your chinney chin chin whiskers to be bouncing around on your butt. Been praying and will continue to do so. Worked with Floyd Sharpe. He ran a milling machine at DuPont for Flor Danial. I was a dozer man. And was neighbors that were Case's and REAL cases that named their kid Justin. God is my witness. BLESSINGS back atchee!
ОтветитьLooking forward to the video on the crusades
ОтветитьThank you Barry. I enjoy watching you while I'm on break at work. Good luck, and get well soon 🙏
ОтветитьI'm sorry for your fall, and for your surgery delay. It is good to know the peace of God through Jesus! Prayers for your good health. Thank you for another fantastic episode.
ОтветитьMy father's family was from the inner coast area of Northeastern North Carolina. They pronounced the name Jordan as if it were spelled Jurden. Strangely, my mother's family was from the same area but used the "normal" pronunciation. Neither had that last name and I have never met anyone with that last name who said it like my father's family. I have always found this odd. Does anyone have any insight on this?
ОтветитьThank you again for your insights and wonderful presentation!
ОтветитьGary I will continue to pray for you and I know Our Lord is with You. Have no fear and thank you so much for the educational surname lesson. I love your shirt! I attended college in Scotland for credits towards my bachelor's degree back in 1996. I really enjoyed Scotland and the rich history of such a beautiful country.
ОтветитьI'm sorry to hear that you have this surgery still hanging over your head. I'm sure you want it done & over with! Prayers for you to have a successful surgery in the near future! God bless!
ОтветитьI throughly enjoy all of your videos. I am subscribed and would like you to do a video on the Crusades and anything else 😊
Please if you have time do one on my maiden name Grason and my married name, Smart. Thank you so much & I will continue to pray for you. Although, I am having trouble with my faith.
Prayers will continue from me.
ОтветитьThere is a reason for all things. 🙏🏻❤️
ОтветитьHi Barry, So sorry to hear about your fall and postponed surgery. I hope you get a new date soon and that all goes well.
In answer to your question, I would definitely be interested in hearing more about the Crusades and how they got started and hope you get enough interest to do a video on it.
I'm so sorry that you fell. You be careful and take care of yourself. I will be praying for you.
ОтветитьInterested in Crusades video. Praying for a successful hip surgery.
ОтветитьYour health set back is truly unfortunate, I will look forward to hearing the history of the Crusades
ОтветитьI would like a video of why the crusades happened.
ОтветитьThank you!
ОтветитьJoplin,jopling please
ОтветитьThank you Barry. My Grandpa Talmage Thacker knew he was some Scottish. Scotch will mix with everything, the drink too.
ОтветитьGood luck on your surgery. 👍🇨🇦😎
ОтветитьI would love to hear more on the Crusades..I studied them 50 years ago but have forgotten a lot..I could study them again but would rather hear your plain and concise renderings. There are both Jordans and Jerdans here, Thackers that say their original name was Thatcher and Farleys who some call Farlors.. I enjoy all of these twists and turns..Paul in Ohio
ОтветитьThere's a reason for everything. You'll get the surgery when He wants you to have it. Prayers for a good surgery and speedy recovery. God bless you!
ОтветитьFeel better! 🍁🍁🍁
ОтветитьDoc “Hopalong” Vann. Hang in there, bud.
So, how does one refer to the hippie’s wife?
Mrs. Hippie.
Sending them healing vibes your way.
Have I requested Surnames: Poage, Hill, McCann, Robinson, Colburn??? Love your content! Firey imagination, very good, Sir!
ОтветитьRegarding the Case's, there is a line that came down into North Carolina from Hartford, Connecticut, originally from Kent, England. They saturated NC and might be a seeding family for the South. Regarding the Jordan's...an early Jordan family came into the Virginian colony in the early mid 17th century, Col. Arthur Jordan and his brother George Jordan who was the Attorney General of Virginia, initially merchants. They were aligned with the Browne's and Flood's of Surry. Many of those Jordan's poured down into NC. There is also another line of Jordan's through Thomas Jordan of Isle of Wight County, VA whose offspring also penetrated NC and spread out far and wide.
ОтветитьBarry!! So sorry for your misfortune!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻you get back on schedule ❤
ОтветитьMy late grandma was a sharp (e) who lived in Appalachia/south. I don’t know if she was English,Scottish or Irish. She was certainly smart though. She got her masters degree in maths in the 1950s when it wasn’t even common for women to go to college let alone have a masters degree in math.
ОтветитьI have Ancestors from Glasgow, Scotland
ОтветитьI'm related to Childers, Thatcher, Gossett, Sharp, Sharpe, Casey, Case, Sutton. Thank you 😊
