ASO and CFNAC are #strongertogether

The ASO is overwhelmed by the generosity of our friends at CFNAC (Crossfit Newmarket Central/Crossfit Aurora).



During what has been a very difficult year for everyone, CFNAC introduced a new giving initiative to better support others in the community. They have chosen ASO as their 2020 charity of choice and have donated $1060 in "no-show" fees to the ASO that will be directed toward our ActionLine - a telephone and email "helpline" for people with ASD and their families.


ASO Director, Shawn Avery, is part of the CFNAC community. In this video, he shares how CFNAC has had a positive impact on his life, and how the CFNAC donation will support the ASO's work.


We are so grateful to CFNAC for their generosity and willingness to support others at a time when it is most needed. It's clear that this wonderful crossfit community not only builds strong bodies, but also strong people, strong communities and strong connections.
