Brilliant! Took me a minute to get it to slide out, ended up having to press a pair of needle nose to get the "lock" to release. Then used some scissors to cut away at the top - threw it together and viola - like new. Thank you much!

I took that side piece off and filed the top of it down a little bit so it can sit lower on that side. Works like a charm and it was easier!

Thanks for video. Before going to this step just try using an ear stick (with the white fluffy cotton on both ends) and wiping both the terminals on the pod and also the battery nodes/springs in the device. It worked straight away for me without having to dismantle it. Good luck!

Great video, thanks. I did it other way: made a small ball with foil and put it in between, also works with less hassle. Soldering it a bit would have a permanent effect.

thanks g, mine has been collecting dust for weeks i was ab to throw it out now it works. i used a rotary tool and a vice to sand down the entire strip a few mm and it did wonders

very intuitive solution! another easier way to get a connection (which is less permanent but still effective) is to take the pod out and whack the actual suorin device against a hard surface 5-10 times *while holding it upside down*. unless the pin is SUPER stuck down in there, the shaking of the device will usually cause the other pin to be raised back up and allow it to make contact.

give it a shot before opening it up. if that doesn't work, trim that rubber! thanks for the video
