Beautifully done! He had a magic! We had some special moments. He and his mama… said some things said to me that I will always cherish. I was able to sit with Christina on her last day here. I attended both funerals and the gatherings afterwards held at the Sheraton Universal. Upon returning from the funeral for Telly, I pulled up behind a parked vehicle and the Oregon license plate on the VW Bus read KOJAK! Many, many circumstances played into that moment being possible! He was a gentle giant! I miss him 🥺❤️🫂🙏

As someone who watched Kojak's entire run over six months last year, this was an illuminating and fascinating biography of Telly Savalas' extraordinary life. Who loves ya, baby? We all do.

Telly was Natural, charismatic,and classy.R.I.P. dear Telly never forgotten.

Thank you for posting this Biography about Telly, he was one of my favourite Actors. I wonder why there has never been a Book published about this great Actor, and I mean one that is updated.

Telly was also a bridge player. He learned from Omar Shariff and Burt Lancaster. Telly and Lynn were a bridge couple and played whole nights vs. the Anistons (John and Nancy), to whose daughter, Jennifer, he was a godfather.

Telly Savalas also had a keen sense of humor. His guest appearance on the Carol Burnett Show in a skit with Harvey Korman was truly hilarious. He even lampooned his Kojak character.

Could not wait for Wednesday nights to see Kojak my fave TV series of all time, just loved the Show and Telly's personna, most people love his phrase "Who loves ya baby", mine was; every so often when confronted with someone he did not care for he'd say "Nice talkin to ya". I have used that phrase many times. I also loved the Kojak theme song, he was special man and great Dad, RIP Telly, we all love ya!

I was a dancer at Trudy Hellers , Greenwich Village, Telly Savalas and his co star, walked into the club, it was a rainy weeknight, the club was empty. I had the opportunity to dance with Telly. He gave me his autograph . Fun night Great memories.

I know his cousin Nabil Kassir of Va Beach Va …..ask anyone he owned Rogues Gallery night club and other businesses …..not impressed but loved Telly

Teddy, Telly's youngest brother was my teacher in elementary school in Hicksville, NY in the 1960's. He remains the most influential teacher I've ever had to this day. I was lucky to have his guidance and compassion.

Telly Savalas the great actor playing Theodore Kojak the only American gentelman detective my favorite cop show ever. The charisma of Kojak is enormous. Telly is a character greater then live, there are no actors in his league anymore. His brother Gearge Savalas playing Stavros was also a very likable and able actor. Really enjoyed this insight in Telly his private life, the man sure was a good family man. Dear Telly an George may you both rest in the peace of our dear lord.
