Flutter UI Practicing | Stacked Cards, Dotted border | Payment App UI

Flutter Payment App UI Design. Crazy part of this design is the Stacked Cards, stacking each one below other. Design seems bit complex, but nope I think you guys can design even better than me. try yourself, all you have to do is to use tons of list view or use my code and some functionalities like adding cards, people's stuff like that.
