Man I almost freaked out when I saw you didn't put a balance charger or BMS on the batteries as they go into the Dremel tool, but then I was thinking about it and I realized oh wait, you can just pull out the cells and charge them each individually, and their power should drop off really dramatically as the voltage starts to get low. If it were me I would still put a BMS in on the inside, just to make sure you don't accidentally undervolt the lithium batteries, but still, nice project overall man.
